Construction services
Services can be ordered separately or together under one contract – from budget assessment and supervision to turnkey construction and delivery of materials.
Construction consulting
Before construction starts, we assess the budget, the design and the contractors’ bids, so that mistakes are found on paper, not on site.
Owner’s supervision
We represent the Client on site: we check that the work follows the design and that invoices match the work done.
Building surveys and engineering
An engineer assesses the condition of the building and its structures and proposes a solution when there are cracks, settlement or doubts about load-bearing capacity.
General contracting
We build industrial, warehouse and commercial buildings as well as private houses on a turnkey basis and are responsible for the entire construction.
Completed work
A selection of more than 90 buildings designed by MDL’s engineers and built by its builders: commercial and industrial buildings, schools, apartment buildings and manors in Estonia and Finland.

Usually the Client has to find a separate consultant, designer, builder and materials supplier and keep their work together. At MDL they work in one team.
The Client’s interests come first for us: a fair price, agreements kept and one party responsible from start to finish.
