The largest additional costs in construction come from mistakes discovered too late: an underestimated budget, an incomplete design or a bid that leaves out essential work. As a result, you will have a realistic budget before construction starts, know where the cost risks are and be able to choose the right contractor.

We say it plainly if the plan does not fit the budget or a bid has gaps, even when it is not welcome news.

When should a construction consultant be involved?

It is worth involving a consultant before the design stage and before signing the construction contract, because that is when changes are easiest and cheapest to make.

Can I order construction consulting only?

Yes. Construction consulting can also be ordered separately when the construction is carried out by another company.

What is the difference between construction supervision and owner's supervision?

In construction consulting, we visit the site at agreed intervals and check the quality of the work. Owner’s supervision is continuous: we represent the Client throughout the construction, inspect concealed work and check the volume of work before invoices are paid.

How much does construction consulting cost?
