What general contracting includes
When there are several separate contractors on a site, no one is responsible for the whole, and deadlines and budgets slip. With general contracting, you have one contract and one party responsible. We monitor the schedule and budget throughout construction and agree on changes before they are made.

We build production, warehouse and commercial buildings and private houses, and reconstruct apartment buildings and historic buildings. We have reconstructed 20 apartment buildings with KredEx support and restored buildings at the Kabala, Sagadi, Vääna and Anija manors.
