MDL is a brand of Maisons De Luxe OÜ. We provide construction consulting, owner’s supervision, building surveys, general contracting and building materials in Estonia and throughout Europe.

Why we founded MDL
When ordering construction, the Client must be able to trust that their interests come first. That is why we have brought engineers, builders, building materials, transport and lifting equipment together under one brand.
This way we control the entire supply chain, keep prices competitive and take responsibility for the result from start to finish. Throughout the project, the Client has one contract and one contact person.
MDL was founded in 2026. The team’s construction experience goes back to 1992, and our engineers have designed buildings in both Estonia and Finland.
